{Month in Review//Monthly Preview} The OVERWHELMING feeling when you welcome more than *50* books into your home in one month.........

It's March! ♥

I don't know about you guys, but March/April/May are three of my favorite months. I love March because it's almost spring. Well, this year has already felt like spring--even summer--in February, but, you know. Normally. I love when birds start to come back and bunnies start popping up in the yard and buds start appearing on the trees and the grass begins to turn green again...I just love it!!!

Plus, now that it's March, we're one step closer to April, so next month I'll be chatting about a couple of Broadway shows I have tickets to see! The countdown is ON!!

March is also great because on March 1st, there was a really awesome signing with Susan Dennard and Elise Kova, which technically already happened, but this is February wrap-up, so I'll tell you more about it next month! ^^;;

Broadway World News!!!

My biggest news this past month was the fact that I got a position reviewing books on Broadway World's Book Branch! It's a Forum Website I've used for years, and I love that they're adding reviews to the news portion of their site!

(I started on my Blogging Anniversary, no less!!!)

You'll be able to find my reviews here on the splash page. I've been trying to do one at the beginning of the week and one at the end of the week so far. (In fact, if you go to the splash right now, my Marie Lu post from Friday is still top post!!! ^_^)

I'll link below to what I've reviewed so far!

Beauty and the Beast

Are you excited for the movie? I'm SO excited. A little nervous, too, because ALL THE SINGING. Some songs released as previews have impressed me more than others....

But if you love Beauty and the Beast, you're going to LOVE what I have up my sleeve for you next week to celebrate the week! You guys always tell me how much you love when I do Fairy Tale Themed Weeks like A Week of Cinder(ella), A Week of Little RedA Week of Rapunzel, A Week of Snow White, A Week of Wonderland........get ready--you see where this is going, right?--Jana from That Artsy Reader Girl and I are bringing some B&B love your way!!!!

#OTSPSecretSister

I have a brand-new Sister to Spoil and a brand-new Sister who spoils me as we enter a new round of OTSP!

I love the way my new Sister has been theming to the month--and she even included a GORGEOUS print of Ariel from The Little Mermaid over sheet music! And I'm a SUCKER for the silhouette form of Ariel rising from the water, and AHHHH!!!!

Here's everything she sent for February:

And here's a close-up of that pretty print!

NAIL POLISH!

I've still been trying to grow my nails out again! (So I haven't really been taking pictures because they're short and BLAH).

Aside from Valentine's Week, when I was sporting pretty pink textured polish from Zoya, I've been flipping from China Glaze "Active Colour" to the new Sally Hansen "Color Therapy." Both lines are good for weak, brittle nails and supposedly help make them strong again!

The first time I wore the Sally Hansen, it came off within a couple of days, possibly because I used their top coat alongside it? I'm going to try again, though! The China Glaze lasted a while, though!!

I have a cute dotted manicure right now that I can't wait to show you in the next wrap-up!

FEBRUARY BOOK HAUL!

Here are all the books I brought into my life in January!

I am overwhelmed by just how many books I acquired. I even need more than one photo to show them all to you!!!!

I mean, seriously, guys....I stopped counting at 50 because I JUST COULDN'T.

(Granted, the purchases and e-book downloads were my own fault for snagging! ^.~)

I bought all of these except the one at the bottom, which was a gift from my OTSPSecretSister!
AND AND AND!?
NORSE MYTHOLOGY and A CONJURING OF LIGHT are both autographed!!!! ^___^

I got my Book Outlet shipment in February!
For some reason, they sent me 3 copies of THE LIAR'S KEY and 2 of RUMP instead of 1;
when I called them, they asked me to donate them to charity instead of shipping them back!
They're Top Class!!!!
GUYS!!! I received ALL OF THESE for review this month. It's so crazy.
I feel so overwhelmed with books to read this spring, lol!
The only one not pictured is BENJAMIN FRANKLINYOU'VE GOT MAIL by Adam Mansbach
because Mandy has it atm. She'll get some of these to review, too! ^.~
I've already given her so much...
Ummm....and all the stuff in the next two pictures, too!

Okay, most of these are in the previous picture. I forgot that I received
SHAKESPEARE RETOLD, HERE WE ARE, and RONIT & JAMIL this month.
I thought they came in January. And Mandy has one of of them now and I'm too lazy
to snag the other two. Oops? ^^;;;

I love the way Penguin sent the highly-anticipated ARC of ALEX AND ELIZA!!!!
There was a sticker on the media bag, some Valentine's Day Cards, AND the EW post!!!
Here are the newest digital ARCS I downloaded this month!
(Well, it has a little Jan/March in there, too, but I tried!!!)

PHOTOS OF THE MONTH

Here are some of the photos I've taken and shared this month!

Listening to Hamilton the Musical while messing around with the new
Kate Spade planner I snagged for 75% off!
OMG, it's SIGNED!!!!!!!!!
It is ALSO signed!!!!! ^____^
You would think Armageddon was coming and not just two inches of snow...
I love when publishers have amazing pre-order campaigns!
Look at what Tor did for Susan Dennard's WINDWITCH!!!
I loved this package from Penguin that not only had an ARC of
ALEX AND ELIZA, but super cute Valentine's Day cards!
The packaging for STRANGER THAN FICTION was also really cool!
Here's the box closed....
...And here it is opened! You can see those sunglasses!!!!
That wondrous feeling when you come home to PILES of packages...
...and you didn't purchase any of them yourself!!!
There's something about a sleeping doggie that's so cute and precious!!!!

My dad was really sweet and gave me a bag full of Valentine's Day goodies this year!
From comfy slippers to hazelnut coffee to chocolates!!!! So sweet!!!!

MUSIC 🎶

I've been listening to The Hunchback of Notre Dame and its German counterpart Der Glöckner von Notre Dame a LOT this month. Errr, the musical version, not the Disney version. The recent Papermill Playhouse English-Language release is GORGEOUS, and while I listened to it when it came out, I've listened to it a LOT recently. It's also great writing music for some world-building I'm working on!

Barnes and Noble currently has all soundtracks on sale for 40% off, so I've been buying up (+ pre-ordering!) some new titles such as Dear Evan Hansen, Come From Away, Freaky Friday the Musical, the deluxe Beauty and the Beast movie soundtrack.....so I'll have a LOT more to say about music in next month's wrap-up!!!

MOVIES AND TV

We're slowly catching up on Agents of SHIELD, and we've been trying out new shows like Powerless and Legion while we wait for Once Upon a Time to come back on air (Tonight, yay!!!).

Legion was...weird. IDK if we'll continue or not. Maybe? Powerless was intriguing in the first two episodes. It could be good!

That was my February.

How was yours???

Here's a look at everything that happened this past month!
