I'm not a huge YA Contemporary reader, but one of my go-to auto must-read authors is Kasie West. Her books always put the biggest smile on my face and lift me up. I can always read her when I want something fun to put me in a good mood.

I already have her new book, MAYBE THIS TIME, on my radar. It comes out July 9th and sounds like the relationship may be a hate-to-love one (Which is honestly a favorite romance trope to read about! The book takes place over the course of a year at nine events, given the characters the chance nine times to work out their feelings and fall head over heels....
