I like the scaling on the face and the way there are starfish clinging to her. She looks out of this world, just like a mer would look.
And that title font! Oh, I really, really like it. It's perfect and unlike any font I've seen before. I'm in love with it on this cover! Perfect fit!

Oh wow, that is a really cool cover. I would not want to come face to face with that. I love the scales and the starfish too and the color scheme is just perfect.
