WHY?

The summary sounds AMAZING.  I love, love, LOVE underwater books.  They don't even have to be about mermaids.  I just LOVE them.

This one sounds so fresh and unique.  It also feels a bit dystopian.

It sounds so, SO good and I really want it right this second!!

SUMMARY:

Since the age of three, sixteen-year-old Evelyn Winters has been trained to be Daughter of the People in the underwater utopia known as Elysium. Selected from hundreds of children for her ideal genes all her life she’s thought that everything was perfect; her world. Her people. The Law.
