HAPPY BOOK DAY to Mara Dyer, Lola, and Hazel!

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd before I forget (because I remembered this morning…and then forgot…and then remembered again while AT WORK when it was too late to post anything…

Happy Book Birthday to three amazing books this week:

THE UNBECOMING OF MARA DYER by Michelle Hodkin

This book is OMG amazing! Grace from Livre D’Amour snagged an ARC for me at BEA, which I finally got around to reading this summer. It’s made of awesomesauce and you will be seeing my review this week…as well as something extra-special!

LOLA AND THE BOY NEXT DOOR by Stephanie Perkins

Oh, how I’ve been waiting to read this one! I’ve been wanting it so, so badly. I liked ANNA AND THE FRENCH KISS more than I ever thought I would—or could—and I have been dying for this companion novel ever since. It’s finally here!!

BREADCRUMBS by Anne Ursu

Get ready, because my book review and a super-special interview with illustrator Erin McGuire are both coming to A Backwards Story next week as part of the official blog tour from Walden Pond Press, PLUS Anne Ursu will be stopping by at a later date along with her heroine Hazel to chat with us! If you like modern-day fairy tales or THE SNOW QUEEN, you’re going to want to pick up this middle-grade!
