Official Cover Reveal: WITCH BORN by Amber Argyle

I'm really excited to take part in the cover reveal of WITCH BORN today and participate in Amber Argyle's big event!!

Are you ready...?

I love how artist Eve Ventrue returned to create the cover for WITCH BORN.  She also put together the gorgeous cover for Amber Argyle's debut novel, WITCH SONG, which had everyone sitting up and taking notice:

Even with the artist being the same, there are differences, some more easily spotted than others.  I'm a sucker for fully illustrated covers and noticed WITCH SONG last year because of its cover.  I adore the cover for WITCH BORN as well and love all the similarities.  I'm glad Eve Ventrue was able to reprise her role as cover designer, especially because I'm not sure whether or not the author is under the same label this time around.  WITCH SONG published through Rhemalda Publishing, and WITCH BORN is being published through Starling.  I've been trying to figure out if it it's a new imprint with Rhemalda, if Amber Argyle has switched publishers, or if she's self-publishing now, but I haven't found any further information on the topic.  (Anyone know?)  Either way, I'm happy the cover designer remains the same!

These beautiful covers alone are enough to make readers want to pick the book up!

O F F I C I A L   I N F O:

Title: WITCH BORN
Author: Amber Argyle
Release Date: Out Sept. 05, 2012
Publisher: Starling

SUMMARY:

Brusenna thought it was finished.

She defeated the Dark Witch, saving the Haven Witches from imprisonment and death. She found love and a place to belong.

She was wrong.

Haven is not the sanctuary it appears to be. Even love is in danger of slipping away like water through cupped hands.

Some things can't be saved.

A new threat merges with the old as the Witches’ dark history begins to catch up with them. Only Brusenna knows the extent of the danger and how to stop it, though doing so might cost her everything.

Including her life.

Will Brusenna be required to make the ultimate sacrifice?
